How to Register Your Child
Registration opens on April 1 every year for all grades, and runs until July 5. Registration reopens on July 26 if places are available.
Registration Steps
The first year after admission is a probation year, and the school reserves the right to re-register the student the following year based on their behavior and commitment to the school's internal regulations.
The child must have turned three by January 31 at the latest.
Submit the application
Submit the application at the Administrative Information Office (the student's file is opened after approval).
Pay the registration fee
Pay the registration fee at the Finance Office.
Interview or entrance exam
Kindergarten children have an interview at the Kindergarten Department; students from Cycle Three and above sit an entrance exam in languages and science subjects.
Parent attendance
The parent or guardian attends in person to complete registration.
Sign the pledge
The parent and the student (Cycle Three and above) sign a written pledge to abide by the school's internal regulations.
Required Documents
These vary by grade:

Quick Information for Parents
School Hours
The school opens its doors at 7:15 AM and the school day starts at 7:55 AM (students may not enter after this time without a note from a parent). Doors close at 3:00 PM.
School Uniform
Navy or black trousers (jeans without embellishments or rips), a navy or black jacket for winter, navy or white sneakers and socks, and the school's official sports tracksuit. Additional details for boys and girls (including hijab rules) are in the full internal regulations.
School Transport
The school works with experienced, trustworthy independent drivers to make student transport easier. Transport (vans) is an independent external service arranged directly between the parent and the driver, and the school bears no legal or financial responsibility for it.
School Supplies
Supplies, stationery and notebook lists vary by grade and are announced in detail every year at registration.
Discipline at School
The school follows a gradual, educational approach to any behavioral violation, starting with guidance and notes and, if repeated, ending with more serious administrative measures in full coordination with the parent — with the aim of promoting positive discipline, not punishing the student.
Fees & Payments
The school sets the tuition and registration fee every year in May. A student is only officially registered once the non-refundable registration fee is paid. Monthly payment is the standard system, and the details can be agreed directly with the Accounting Office at registration.
For questions about tuition and available payment options, please contact the Accounting Office directly.
