When a student registers, the school collects personal, family and health information needed for admission and educational follow-up (civil registry extract, personal photos, health record, parent contact details). Parents must inform the administration at registration of any chronic health condition so that appropriate care can be provided.
The website may also collect limited information when contact or online registration forms are filled in (name, phone number, email), used solely to respond to the inquiry or follow up on the registration request.
2Use of Photos & Videos
No member of the teaching staff may photograph students on school premises or post their photos on social media on their own initiative. No photos or videos of students may be published or sent without the administration's prior approval, and use is limited to what the administration publishes officially (such as activity photos on the website or the school's Facebook page).
By registering at the school, the parent implicitly agrees that general photos of their child's activities in an educational context (trips, events, clubs) may be published on the school's website and official social media pages, unless an explicit written request is submitted to exclude the child.
3Confidentiality of Personal & Academic Information
No member of the teaching or administrative staff may leak or share any personal or academic information about a student without permission or a clear educational interest, or interfere in the privacy of their personal and home life.
4Acceptance of the Internal Regulations
Once a student is officially registered, this is considered the parents' formal acceptance, without reservation, of everything set out in the school's internal regulations.
5Website Information Security
The school makes reasonable efforts to protect any data collected through the website from unauthorized access, and does not share this data with any external party except as required by law.
